We experienced an elevated level of Sync Inventory API errors for a subset of customers between 02/27 08:00 UTC and 11:40 UTC. This issue has now been fully resolved, and all services are operating normally. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and have taken steps to enhance our monitoring systems to prevent similar incidents in the future.
